College of Education calicut university centre kavaratti one of the best infrastructure for the College Library . it has about 5896 Books in the deferent discipline. The Spacialised Collection of subjuct as General Education, Psychology, Philosophy, Social Science, English, Arabic, Mathematics , Science,Health Education, Special Education and Research Education and also Malayalam and Lakshadweep publications etc, has arranged or Shelving for Classification basis. The college subscribe about 17 journals and periodicals. The students and faculties of the college can utlize the all normal working days.

The college Library accomadation capacity of 50 intake of students. Monitaring and Managing of Digitalised for Library Software. The library has fully Internet connected, scanning and DVD/CD writings avilable here. The Manuscript Magazine , Vedio lesson and Specialised DVD of atractive reference meterial for the collections.

All students and faculties of the college are Eligible for Membership. The principal is empowered to Special or Temporary Issue.

Books Borrowing limit
1.Teaching staff 7 Books 20 Days.
2.Non Teaching staff 5 Books 10 Days.
3.Students 5 Books 10 Days.
4.Temporary Issue 3 Books 1 Day.

Rules and Regulations
1. Scilence must be observed
2. Personal belongings are not allowed
3. Every staff and students of the college is eligible for membership
4. All are should sign the entry register of the library before entering.
5. Membership ID/ Borrower’s Tickets are not Transferable
6. Books are to be handled very carefully, if a book is lost by the members shall replace the book ( Same Title, author, and edition)
7. Members before leaving the Check in and Check Out Desk Must satiesfy themselves as to whether the books which they intend to borrow are in good condition and any damage should be Immediatly reported to the Circulation Desk.
8. Underline, write in, folding, Tearing of pages are strictly observed.
9. Overdue charge for Rs. 1/- per day Calculated
10. Misbehaviour in the library will lead to cancellation of membership and serious displinary action.
